 2012 MAGUGA CHALLANGE
GREETINGS, FELLOW ANGLERS.
We remind you that the dates of this year’s event are Friday, 29 June to Sunday, 1 July. We are really looking forward to this year’s competition, and we hope you will be able join us. With less than 5 months to go you need to move fast, especially if you are booking accommodation at Maguga Lodge.
We are also able to give you some very good news. Due to the generosity of local sponsors, this year’s event will carry a purse of R/E 40,000.00, with the biggest fish taking R/E 18,000.00, and prizes going to 15th Biggest Fish. That makes the trip worthwhile, doesn’t it? In fact we want to encourage you to tell as many fishermen as possible about it, bring as many as you can with you. Bring your whole fishing club along! It will be a very good weekend. Unfortunately, we have had to increase the Entry Fee to E/R 400.00 per angler. This is the first increase in four years!
If you want to book accommodation, all the information you need is on these websites. We have “booked” Maguga Lodge for the weekend, but when booking, please tell them that you are coming for the Challenge. If you have no joy with Maguga Lodge, or if they are full, attached is a list of alternative accommodation in the area for your consideration
